Sample at brewery.
The appearance was a superb clean hazy burnt yellow color.
The aroma weaves together crisp sweet danky onion, sly dry pungent rolling citrusy rind-like hops.
The flavor takes the aromatics to come together superbly. Danky sweet onion aftertaste with a sly semi-sweet danky and bone dry citrusy finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good Nice impounding bitterness as the harshness on my tongue.
Overall, well done AIPA that I would have again.
