Might be a Summer seasonal, but I get what’s going on here.
Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a nice looking semi-hazy burnt orange color with a sly transparency about it. Mild carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a bubbly to foamy white head. Head dissipates within less than roughly thirty seconds. Extremely low lacing.
The aroma had some sweet wheat with sly citrus sweet to bitter hops. Delicate refreshing grassiness moves in to touch the base of the aroma.
The flavor tries to bring the aromatics together but it seems incoherent and stays separate in its flavor. Sharp citrusy aftertaste with a misleadingly sharp to bitter citric finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a refreshing crushability about it. Carbonation hits decently.
Overall, not bad for what it is, but would rather have in season and when fresh.
