Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a mild milky orange to copper color. Just a cap of a white foamy head that dissipates evenly. Mild lace.
The aroma starts with some danky sweet onion rolling over sweet to bitter grassy hops. Slight citrus rind bitterness to boot.
The flavor yields to a crisp bitter happiness trying to let in some sweetness from a blend of the malts to the hops sparingly. The aftertaste projects some of the danky sweetness with the citra hops. Quick sharp sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice crisp bitter grassy effect on my tongue. Carbonation runs nicely - mostly low.
Overall, nicely done APA that I would have again.
