Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a murky dark purple/grayish sort of color. It had a bar pour’s kind of quickly dieing lace. Looks like the blackberry seeds were left in this beer to get stuck in people’s teeth, nice VPB, lol.
The aroma was liquefied blackberry, sweet and tart. The flavor was basically the same. And the aftertaste is the same as well. The finish is quick and semi-sweet with a little bit of bitterness to it.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice crisp smooth blackberry tart refreshing sessionability. Low carbonation.
Overall, nice fruit beer, like they just squeezed blackberries and added booze, nice. I could see myself drinking that again.
