Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a yellow color with a fair transparency about it. Moderate carbonation flowing into a quickly dissipating white head.
The aroma had some sweet corn, floral and grassy hops. Some light banana. Some light bubblegum.
The flavor leaned to the sweet side. Bubblegum comes out a bit more here. Grassy and floral hops produce some bitterness, but that’s super faint. Some sweet banana/bubblegum aftertaste, just a pure sweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt fine.
Overall, I seemed to have missed the wheat portion in this. Was this supposed to be some odd Americanized version of a krystalweizen? Unsure if I would come back to.
