Reviewed from notes/growler share with Doug and Henry.
My portion was portion was poured into a snifter.
The appearance was a black color with a light brown/tan sort of foamy head that dissipated very slowly.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet milk and dark chocolate, some roasty coffee beans, some berries (raspberry/blueberry, mainly) and then a slight peanut butter far underneath.
The flavor leans towards a sweet to roasty blend of the berries and chocolate rolling into the aftertaste and on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, very nicely done imperial stout worthy of having again.
