Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a burnt yellow slightly speckled orange hued color with a finger and a half’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated fairly slow leaving some messy sliding lace.
The aroma had some red delicious apple, banana, orange peel and pulp and then some citrusy/lemon pulpy sweetness. Light features of hay and earthiness comes in for a decent blend.
The flavor blends the sweet apple to the banana pretty nice and then adds in the earthiness to blend. Citrusy sweetness isn’t so much here in this department. Not much of an aftertaste, somewhat sweet between the previously mentioned fruits. Moderately sweet on the finish.
On the palate, this one sat close to medium bodied, perhaps just a tad under giving off a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt good as projected.
Overall, first one for me by Brewery Becker and this doesn’t disappoint.
