This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-pale burnt yellow color with a fair transparency about it. Bar pour’s kind of slim little white head - slides into oblivion.
The aroma had some sweet fruity tones - banana/citrus pulpy sweetness. Some little spice, but wasn’t too sure what exactly what kind of spice it was.
The flavor leaned to the sweet side with the same fruity sweet aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Smooth sweet sailing across my tongue.
Overall, session witbier? That’s what I say, and yes, crushable when you’re at Dewey Beach in the Summer.
