The appearance was a semi-transparent milky brown color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white foamy head that slides immediately off.
The aroma had some soft semi-sweet nuts, somewhat roasty flowing into some caramel/toffee burnt malty tones.
The flavor was basically the same, somewhat sweet with the same sort of aftertaste and riding on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt where the brewer projected.
Overall, pretty good brown ale worthy of having again if I lived closer.
