Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a slight pale yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a moderate pace. Subtle stringy lace.
The aroma had some sweet citrusy pulpiness up front with some banana sweetness and peel. Light burnt breadiness/somewhat of some sort of Belgian yeastiness was there and then some grass and floral tones.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side with a light floral/grassiness flowing into some earthiness. Semi-dry sort of floral and citrusy sort of aftertaste. Finishes the same way too.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt fine as the brewer projected.
Overall, weird witbier, not sure what Belgians would think of this one.
