Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange almost copper sort of off amber color with a fingerโs worth of frothy white head that fell off at a decent pace. Sly lace.
The aroma had some semi-sweet bready alignment with some floral and grassy bitter hops. Some apricots/peachy sort of sweet freshness slides in underneath.
The flavor copied the aroma fairly nice bringing about some cereal and earthy portions to amplify the balance. Sly crisp sort of arrangement of previously mentioned aromas in the aftertaste. Pillowy sweet and floral finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation was felt. ABV felt as appropriate by the brewer.
Overall, pretty nice Belgian pale well worth my time.
