This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy dark gold to amber color with a white foamy finger’s worth of head.
The aroma had some cream and pumpkin sweetness. Some caramel and biscuit-like malts play underneath. Light spice, somewhat like ginger and clove, a touch of allspice.
The flavor leads with the pumpkin sweetness and brings in the spices ever so slightly. Some earthiness, and toffee with a touch of butterscotch comes in slightly. Creamy sort of pumpkin sweet aftertaste riding on into the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied, helped with a sturdier malt base I noticed in the aroma and flavor. Good carbonation. ABV felt just right too.
Overall, wish I lived in the distro of this beer, as I would probably be buying this every Autumn.
