Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a copper color with a thin white wisp of a head. Just slid off into oblivion.
The aroma had some caramel/toffee malts up front. Some woodiness, light earth and herbal qualities came out to try and blend. They somewhat did, but wasn’t too \"together.\"
The flavor was malty sweet with the herbal qualities trying to make a bigger part in this section. Still, they maintained a decent background for the most part. Aftertaste was somewhat malty along with the finish.
The feel was between light and medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Good carbonation and the ABV felt as directed by the brewer.
Overall, seemed on par for what the brewer intended. I don’t see many faults with this one. I could go at this one again preferably with some food.
