This special collaboration beer is a take on one of Bundobust’s most popular cocktails, a lychee aviation. We’ve dialled up the fruitness with the addition of watermelon and ginger to keep the robustness that you expect from a cocktail. A harmonious concoction of herbs and spices including blackberry leaf, ancho chillies and bitter orange peel have been heavily steeped in this brew to infuse every last drop with bursts of complex and luxurious flavours.

Pours lightly hazed pinkish orange with a thin white cap that fades. Loads of lychee, watermelon, ginger, little chilli heat. Bit of a negroni vibe but more ginger and spice. Really decent interesting low alcohol offering.
