Bière blanche légère, rafraîchissante et élégante, à la pétillance fine.
La douceur des notes de froment précède la fraîcheur acidulée et agrume de l’orange, avec une note finale épicée.
Blanche de type belge, elle est le fruit de l’assemblage de 3 céréales (malt de froment, malt d’orge et avoine) et d’un houblon aromatique, le tout relevé par l’écorce d’orange finement amère et une note coriandre.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie1986, geprobeerd met Benzai en Inoven. Het is een helder geel bier met een dunne schuimkraag. Het heeft een zoete licht moutige smaak.

Bottle, shared at THT Nov. '17. Straw yellow color. White head with reasonable retention. Aroma's of wheat, light grains. Retronasal it's sweetish, spices. Flavor is moderate sweet with spices. Light bodied. On the sweet side for a witbier, but I didn't find it offensive.

Bottle shared at THT November. Slight hazy pale golden with white head. Coriander, blue curaçao, lots of sugar, orange candy, soft wheat and malts. Quite sweet and light bitter with a hint of tart wheat. Under medium bodied. Too sweet for me.

0.75l combined cap/flip-top bottle (why don't they just close it with the flip-top from the beginning?) from casino geant in st louis, 2.28€. pours a cloudy pale golden with a small head. aroma of coriander, herbs, berries, tangerine, orange. flavour of oranges, herbs, jam, banana, almonds -- quite unusual. more like a blonde ale. smooth and a bit syrupy especially in the aftertaste. world beer award, really?

Straw colored beer with high but not very steady head. Strong smell of bananas. Some hints of wheat, yeast and cheese. High sweetness, no bitterness and low sourness.

750ml swing-top bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Slowly diminishing white head, patchy lacing on the glassware, hazy pale golden body. Spiced mid-sweet fruity nose. Wheat, moments of ripe banana and distant yeast to the flavour character. Clean in the mouth. Fair enough. (Shared with friends, Tromsø 29.09.2017).
