750ml swing-top bottle from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Slowly diminishing white head, patchy lacing on the glassware, hazy pale golden body. Spiced mid-sweet fruity nose. Wheat, moments of ripe banana and distant yeast to the flavour character. Clean in the mouth. Fair enough. (Shared with friends, Tromsø 29.09.2017).

Gift from a work colleague who went skiing in the area. Poured cloudy dark yellow with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, orange, yeast and coriander. Medium sweetness, very light bitterness. Light body, thin texture. Not the greatest witbier.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy yellow. Aroma of coriander, wheat, a bit of citrus. Sweetish and slightly tart flavor with wheat, graininess, coriander, citrus. Rather light-bodied. OK, quite refreshing.

Bouteille: Pale golden, hazy, loose white fluffy head; turpentiney-yeasty traces in the background, sourish-wheaty nose, presumably traces of coriander underneath; mild sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, pretty soft; a mild - but nevertheless increasing - tartness is detectable in the yeasty-citrussy finish. Less or more refreshing…
