A Belgian wheat beer driven by drinkable pursuits and citrus character. Worked in a combo of yuzu, orange, grapefruit peels alongside some fruity Witbier yeast from @escarpmentlabs 🙏. Leads refreshingly bright and rides on the right side of tangy. We love the soft, slightly creamy texture from raw oats & local wheats. Designed to crush and damn fun to drink.
