And you, too, have changed in the passing, lest you stand still and the earth bury you. Mashed with our house pils malt and a touch of white wheat. Double dry-hopped with El Dorado, Krush, Moutere, and Strata before a final smattering of Mosaic Incognito and El Dorado Cryo.

Pours a slightly hazy orange-gold color with a thick frothy ivory white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Piney hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
