Our unfiltered House Blonde is brewed with 100% NJ grown malt from our friends @rabbit_hill_malthouse. Hopped solely with stone fruit forward Dolcita hops from The Hop Breeding Co. This one’s all about the balance and togetherness of fresh malt and fresh hops. Crisp and clean, light to medium-bodied. Notes of orange zest, pear drop & soft wildflower glowing and flowing into light malt sweetness, soft whole wheat bread with a touch of clover honey. Smooth with a delicate citrus undertone adding depth to the bitterness, lingering pleasantly.
