The goal with this beer is to provide a bright hop expression with low bitterness and big aromatics. Laid atop a lean and crisp Pilsner inspired malt base. Expect waves of delicate apricot marmalade and sweet fruit with undertones of red currant.

With each batch of Cali Pils we focus on different hop combos to test the interplay between varietals and play with pairings we’ve never done before. This release utilizes Strata, Nelson and Mosaic Hyperboost.
