The launch of our House Beer series, where the brew crew makes creatively inspired and distinct draft only, small batch beers. The first iteration is an Italian Pilsner inspired by the pasta dish, Pasta la Limone. Brewed with Eraclea malt grown around the Adriatic Sea, sea salt, and Lorien hops for a light, fresh and thirst quenching taste of lemon.

On draught at the brewpub. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium foamy bright white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, yeast, floral hop and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of fruity yeast, floral hops and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a slight lemony salinity in the background, and a mild hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.
