We fermented this delicate brew on the cooler side with a classic Belgian yeast strain and then dry hopped it with Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria, and Hersbrucker Spät.

The finished beer pours a brilliant, rosy gold color into a glass and forms a head of rocky, white foam.

Neither the malt, nor the hops, nor the yeast dominate the flavor profile of this unique brew. Rather, these essential ingredients compliment one another in a harmonious way that makes for a truly pleasurable drinking experience with some depth.

We get notes of floral orange blossom honey, golden brown toasted biscuits, Bosc pears, orange rind, autumn leaves, peppery Belgian spice back note, toasty rye bread with orange marmalade, and herbal, floral hops.
