Picon Bière is an iconic liquor traditionally mixed with pilsner in the north of France. We think it is ‘formidable’ to combine this classic bitter with an American barley wine, after all, we're 100 Watt!.
To increase its intensity, we enhanced it with extra gentian and angelic root plus a subtle dryhop of Superdelic & IIdaho 7.

Fles via de brouwerij, thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een troebel amberkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van sinaasappel. De smaak is fruitig, zacht zoet, bitter en sinaasappel.
