On tap at the brewery.
Appearance: muddy orange color with a bar pour's kind of head, which slid off to leave barely any lace
Aroma: that classic old school English hops - kinda grassy, earthy and leafy then clean cracker/biscuity malts
Flavor: malty biscuity/breadiness with hops acting like a normal British pale ale; that muted bready/hoppy aftertaste excluding the soapiness I remember having with the old school British pale ales
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, smooth malty finish
Overall: not everyone is going to like this, but it is definitely the old school British pale ale just cleaned up more - no diacetyl and soapiness. Pass the fish n' chips!
