This big, complex brew has spent the better part this past year slumbering in choice bourbon and rye barrels from our neighbors at the Colts Neck Stillhouse. To celebrate our first anniversary, we have carefully blended these mature ales back together along with a portion of fresh, rich imperial stout and conditioned it on chocolate, sweet cherry, and vanilla. We get aromas and flavors of dark chocolate, cherry, vanilla, candied dates, espresso, almond, and caramelized sugar.
