The name says it all, but there’s plenty of complexity under the hood. For this DDH IPA, we utilized Freestyle Hops’ new Peacharine SubZero Hop Kief to push the hop saturation to the limit. The result is a beer dripping with notes of ripe stonefruit and tropical papaya, balanced by a natural floral honey sweetness and a zesty edge. At 7.2%, it carries a big, satisfying mouthfeel that stays perfectly balanced from start to finish. It’s bold, bright, and pouring now.

From a 440ml can on 16/1/2026 (purchased direct from the brewer). Pours a hazy dirty golden with a medium head. The nose is strong floral and fruity, with peach (not surprisingly) dominating. It's all peachy goodness on the sip, with a nice tangy bite in the moderate bitterness at the back. Has a silky plate with average carbonation. Yet more hazy goodness from Bracket. Lovely.
