Birthday Cake is a Sweet Tart Ale brewed to Imperial strength and conditioned on bushels of strawberries, blueberries, a double dose of rich Madagascar vanilla bean, and creamy milk sugar.

This big-bodied pastry sour was made with pilsner and wheat malts and acidified in the brew kettle with a blend of lactobacillus before being boiled, cooled, and fermented with a fruit-forward yeast strain.

Birthday Cake pours a deep red-violet hue into a glass and bursts with sweet berry aromas and decadent vanilla flavors which are met and balanced by bright, lactic acidity, resulting in a refreshingly tart, fruity finish.
