Blueberry Cobbler is an Imperial Milkshake IPA conditioned on blueberry, graham cracker, Ceylon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla bean, and milk sugar.
It pours a light purple / magenta hue into a glass and drinks like a liquid blueberry pie.
Blueberry Cobbler is medium-full bodied with a silky-smooth, creamy mouthfeel thanks to an abundance of high protein flaked oats and wheat in the mash along with a touch milk sugar.
We hopped this brew with Cryo Mosaic and experimental hop HBC 630 to complement and accentuate the fruity notes of blueberries and cream.
We get notes of fresh blueberries, creamy vanilla, graham cracker pie crust, blueberry preserves, sweet cinnamon, and blueberry cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
