Bottle shared at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Cheers! Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Notes of Belgian yeast, wihte bread, doughy wheat. Medium sweet, light esters, ripe lemon, light banana notes. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish. Decent.

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark cherry red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out oak, tart dark cherries, and toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted oak, earthy notes and some cardboard. Earthy and cardboard-like on the finish. It's alright.

Super crisp golden coloured body with a very large, seven centimetre tall pure white head that leaves a decent lace, albeit large. Aroma of grass, hay, citrus, perfume, and a ton of dry scents - not much to this one in the nose. Light-bodied; Assertive effervescence; Strong dry grassy flavours at first with a big presence of herbs, coriander seed, flowers and dry oak. Aftertaste has more of a bready or biscuity flavour with some leftover yeast, a bit of grain and more dry flavours throughout with grass the strongest and the faintest bit of hops. Overall, a pungently effervescent beer with a lot of grassy and dry herbal/perfumey qualities and some nice floral elements as well. Nice to try if you enjoy saisons, as this is a fairly good example of one, if just a touch one-sided and simplistic. I sampled this 37,5 cL bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 01-October-2015 for US$5,99 sampled at home in Washington on 26-January-2017.

Draft pour pint at Zamora. Pours a hazy golden color with a foam cap head. Medium spicy, citrus aroma. Has a dominant pepper like feature, with cool citrus fruit and Belgian yeast character late. Lemon constant late. Very fun Belgian here. Fruit flavor makes it better than good. Refreshing. Very tasty.

I picked up this bottle 3 months ago at the brewery. Clear gold with a white head, broken lace. The aroma is tart and fruity. A bit of new hay that’s been in the barn a few weeks. The flavor is lightly sweet, fruity, with a tart finish that ends with building dryness..

500 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly crystal clear orange/amber color with a 2-3 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Awesome appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, peppercorn, clove, oak, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, peppercorn, clove, oak, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, and yeast earthiness. Large amount of peppery yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, apple, peppercorn, clove, oak, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate malt flavors; with a very crisp/dry finish from carbonation and yeast spiciness; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky/grainy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an outstanding saison! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink. Very heavy on yeast character, but still has nice complimenting earthy hop and pale malt flavors. A highly enjoyable offering.
