Bottle split at Green Bench during the RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Hazed golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy citric shreds, yeast esters, orange peel, straw. Taste comprises grassy notes, yeast esters, clove, bitter orange drizzle, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate.

The Well, Brooklyn tap: pours light amber with a big white head. Aroma is light funk, hops, and yeast. Taste is malty and a lottle bit candy and hops. Some light aftertaste. Not a bad beer. But I was not too impressed.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is rather yeast/spice with some fruit - maybe mostly citrus. Maybe a bit of pineapple. Med + body. Flavor is fruity esters, spicy/yeasty and even a little earthy. Still suspect pineapple. It’s rather "fresh", and seems to have some detectable hop. Actually rather nice.

One of last of day at least that’s what notes say at WTWBA. Nose is lots of grass hints of tropical fruit. Tastes of grass, some yeast, hay, stone fruit, pepper, some florals. Fine medium palate.

500ml bottle - hazy straw color - frothy head of fine bubbles - nose is dusty basement yeast, some doughy malt, a light bit of funkiness/muskiness, touches of oak - very low carbonation, soft texture - flavor is medium tart, with a light sweet doughy maltiness on the back end, followed by returning tartness and a moderately bitter oak character - some basement dustiness in the yeast character - moderate bitterness - character is more like a biere de garde - all the elements are there, but overall they are a bit muddled and blur together a lot, making it less enjoyable than it could be.

500 ml bottle thanks to Ajax that he received in a trade. Cloudy gold, no head. Yeast, pepper and grain.
The flavor is lightly grassy, mild grain, wheat and maybe light honey. Lighter in body with a light tingle across the tongue with a clean finish. Ok.

Light yellow, a little cloudy. 1 finger bubbly head. Aroma is very wheat heavy. loads of peppery. great yeasty presence. Sweet, tons of wheat, clean a little sweet finish. some light bitterness. interesting but not pushing any limits.
