Hazy Pilsner
In keeping with the Romeo & Juliet theme, we’ve brewed Star Cross’d to bring together two unlikely styles - crisp West Coast Pilsner and soft, hazy East Coast IPA. Nelson Sauvin dry-hopping adds a chorus of grape, gooseberry, lychee, and citrus notes for a refreshingly dramatic twist.

On tap at Bomber. Pours a murky yellow with a white head. Tropical fruit, crisp pine, and a bit of tang on the nose. Flavour has tropical fruit, crisp pine, some dank oiliness, and a bit of tanginess. Actually pretty solid.

On tap at Bomber, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a very nice piney, tangy hop expressionore reminiscent of a San Diego/west coast IPA, with crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is more pils-like, with grassy hops, some pine, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Surprisingly great hop expression. This is great.
