This bold Belgian IPA combines the best of both worlds: the fruity esters of Belgian yeast and the hoppy intensity of a modern IPA. Brewed with a blend of North American malts, this beer has a balanced malt backbone with just a hint of caramel sweetness. The star of the show is the Galaxy hops, delivering a punch of tropical fruit and citrus bitterness, while Mosaic hops add layers of complexity with notes of pine and ripe berries. Dry hopping with Mosaic amplifies the aroma, filling the nose with a blend of juicy tropical fruits and earthy undertones.
At 65 IBUs, it offers a firm bitterness that pairs perfectly with its fruity esters from the yeast, creating a balanced yet robust drinking experience.
This Belgian IPA is lively, aromatic, and packed with flavor—an excellent choice for hop lovers who want a little more character in their brew. Best enjoyed on a sunny afternoon or paired with bold, flavorful dishes.

Can from Amsterdam Wine and Cheese: pours orange with a big frothy white head. Aroma is like an old IPA mostly, not really getting much Belgian yeast, but I am getting loads of old hops. Taste is sweet with successive waves of dry bitterness. Not great, but this is the first Saba tick logged onto Brewver so that must mean something.
