This crisp Pale Lager is the perfect balance of refreshing lightness and malt complexity. Crafted with a blend of North American malts, it offers a smooth, slightly bready flavor with just a hint of sweetness. The Willamette hops provide a delicate bitterness and subtle herbal aroma, rounding out the clean malt profile.
With a moderate 21 IBUs, the bitterness is mild, making this an easy-drinking, well-balanced lager.
Clean, crisp, and perfectly balanced, this Pale Lager is ideal for a warm day or as a companion to light meals.

3/4/2026. Can at the Good Friday ITFC beer share. Helped by Bruno, cheers for your efforts here. Country #229. Pours fine. Unusual aroma, not a typical pale lager. Fruity, apricot, biscuity, oaty, crumble. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness, slight tartness. Fruit crumble finish. Interesting brew.
