This beer is named after one of our bartenders, Chris. He likes red ales and he wanted to help brew one, so he came in to help brew this malty, full bodied red ale. Deep copper in color with a subtle floral aroma, this beer is perfect for enjoying as the seasons change.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: amber/red semi-transparent color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head. Slow dissipation left some sliding messy lace
Aroma: caramel/toffee malts, nutty character, sly earthiness, floral hops
Flavor: semi-sweet through the blend of the hops malts, nuttiness helps to balance; slight aftertaste of nuts and floral hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, quaint nutty smoothness along my tongue; floral dry and semi-bitter finish
Overall: a nicely done red/amber ale I would have again.
