Our brewers use choice dark malts to give this beer color, but they use them in a way to restrict their flavors. This beer is hoppy as a motherf%*&er boasting a 120IBU. It is heavily dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Amarillo hops.
