Helles Lager, 5% ABV, German Style Helles Lager. Brewed with German Barke malts that bring more intense malt aromas, and an enhanced body and mouthfeel. Subtly hopped with noble varieties to really let the malt shine though. It was fermented low and slow, and properly lagered for an extended period. Helles Lager is bright, clean, and expressive, with pleasant bready sweetness that is balanced by soft floral edges, and an underlying toffee note. It’s a taste of simplicity, tradition, and Germany in a glass.
