Lighter bodied, super easy drinking, low on bitterness, yet rich with hoppy flavors (citrus, floral, melon, stone fruits).

We brewed this one with a base of pilsner and pale malts along with a large portion of malted wheat and oats for a smooth, gentle body.

Gridiron was hopped with a blend of Cashmere, El Dorado, and Simcoe hops in the kettle, whirlpool, and twice more in the fermenter.

This beautiful brew pours a hazy, yellow-orange hue into a glass and forms a fluffy white head of highly aromatic foam.

We get notes of orange creamsicle, jasmine, soft ripened cantaloupe, honeysuckle, lemon Starburst, watermelon shaved ice, apricot, lilac, and peach ring gummies.
