Named after Adolphe Sax, the Belgian inventor of the Saxophone, this IPA is ripe with character. It has a big aroma of horse blanket, pineapple, topical fruit, clove, and finishes with a touch of bitterness. The alcohol sits well in the body to give a nice warming sensation. Dry hopped with equinot and chinook hops and aged for six months, this beer has a crisp dry finish.
