The Americano Stout is an interesting beer. This beer comes from the runoff of Night Rocker. After getting as much wort as we needed for Night Rocker there was enough residual sugar left in our lauter tun mash, so we continued to extract it and brewed this beer. It has notes of coffee and chocolate as well as hints of dark berry in the aroma.
