Bottled. Dark pour. Your standard notes of malt oak and such. Pretty good but not earthahaking

Vintage 2021. Dark brown body, with a small, tan head. Aroma of bourbon, tobacco, toffee, soy sauce, some coffee. Tastes quite similar, with more dark chocolate. Oily mouthfeel. Finishes medium roasty, moderate sweet, wooden, with dark chocolate, bourbon, toffee, some coffee. A quite straight, old school BBA Stout, greatly balanced, not too sweet. The ABV is almost completely hidden. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

From 0,355l bottle at Nicos. Vintage 2021. Black hazy color, small coffee colored head. smells marzipan, spices, light oxidation, cinnamon. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, leathery, grassy, vanilla, peppery. finishes medium roasty bitter sour with notes of vanilla, leather and peppery notes. Better when warmer, rather peppery, rather decent

$5.85 bottle, WW. I probably shouldn't have this tonight, but I feel like I need it. Black pour, dusting of a head. Bourbon, roasted malt, chocolate, wood nose. Flavor is bourbon, dark chocolate, wood, cola. You can tell the booze is there, but it doesn't seem as high as it is. Tasty, but also slightly disappointing.

A deep dark stout with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of licorice, bourbon barrel notes, dark fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with light licorice, alcohol warmth, dark fruits, molasses, musty character, very nice. Bottle from Dovid.

Lots of wine barrel and not a lot of stout. Overpriced junk like Tiffany necklaces. Black pour without much head. Roast caramel, booze, and barrel. Tap at continental.
