As an annual variant release to our Berserker Imperial Stout, this year’s Berserker Valkyrie was conditioned on blueberries and vanilla beans, adding a smooth sweetness to the Berserker base you all know so well.

Capped 12 oz from Corti Bros. Pours dark brown black with a small dark tan head. Aroma of very dark burnt malt with vanilla. Full bodied. Not dry but not sticky. Bitterness but I can't identify any particular hop. Flavor is the aroma with discernible blueberries. Quite nice.
