The winning recipe from our 9th birthday home brewing competition. Richard’s Dark Mild wowed us with its bigger than its ABV suggests creamy mouthfeel and delicious notes of chocolate and dark treacle. We used an Irish yeast strain and flaked barley to help elevate the body and deliver high flavour impact. It really is delicious! Vegan friendly.

Cask at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard.
Nose is chocolate, liquorice toffee, coffee, cocoa. Taste is coffee, smoke, burnt toast, dark chocolate, cocoa, raisin. Sweet & malty action. Excellent mild.
