Quiet Hours is our brand new Berliner Weisse. We recommend slowing down, enjoying the warmer change in weather, and savoring this tart and refreshing beer. Crafted with a heavy portion of malted and unmalted wheat, fermented dry with a balanced level of acidity, and highly carbonated for a lively mouthfeel and crisp finish.
While delicious on it’s own, in Berlin this style is traditionally served with woodruff or raspberry syrup. We had fun with our own syrups and currently have spruce tip and fresh strawberry syrup in the taproom. Limited quantities available, but as long as we have this beer on tap keep an eye out for intermittent fun and unique syrups we’ll concoct!

16 oz. can, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has a great hay-like wheatiness, a touch of funky yeastiness, and light citrus. Flavour has a nice citric character, hay, light minerality, no yogurt presence, just good yeast expression. Very competent Berliner.

On tap at Beer Mongers. Clear golden with small white head. Citrus, lime, some funk, wheat, medium sourness, drinks easily. Nothing too complex, but quite nice.
