Refreshing Ale Brewed With Honey and Blueberries
Brewed with fresh-harvested spring honey stolen from some very angry bees (we have the welts to prove it) and infused with fresh blueberries. It's a light, refreshing ale with a nice blueberry aroma, crackery malt flavors, a hint of sweetness, and a refreshing blueberry finish.

Crisp golden coloured body with a light amber glow and a nice two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of straight blueberries along with some grass and light hops and sugar - just like a blueberry muffin. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive blueberry flavour hits up hard with some nice malts and a robust lemon and almost tea like flavour. Aftertaste is all about the fruit with blueberries of course front and centre with some lemons also noticeable. Overall, a nice beer with a sweet blueberry and honey flavour that shows well. I sampled this twelve ounce stubby bottle purchased from Knightly Spirits (Orange Blossom Trail) in Orlando, Florida on 01-October-2015 for US$2,50 sampled at my hotel room here (WDW Swan) just after arriving on 01-October-2015.

This was poured into a pint glass. Bottled on 01/28/15.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some ringy lacing.
The smell had a pure blueberry with some sweet crackery malt and light honey.
The taste was mainly sweet through a combination of the blueberries, honey and crackery malt. Light sweet blueberry accompanies the aftertaste and lingers sweetly into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt nicely surrounding the mouthfeel and left a decent creamy sweet fulfilling quality.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good fruit beer. Probably would be awesome in the Summer.
