Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber with a light brown head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has sweet grains and cognac with a bit of toffee and caramel supporting. Flavor has sweet grains and caramel with a nice cognac presence and a bit of toffee underlying.
