We adore the piney and fruity Simcoe hop, and Jester is a much newer hop grown here in the UK, which we think pairs incredibly well with it, adding some resin and stone fruit notes, with some grapefruit and lychee. What do you reckon?

Cask at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Pine, grapefruit & white grape aromas. Grassy hoppy flavours, splash of grapefruit, lychee, more white grape. Lingering bitterness.

Tap at Elusive Taproom, with my son James, 24th January 26. Pours clear, dark golden, aroma is citrus, a little honey. Taste is citrus, some pine, medium bitter, nectar and honey in the finish, another delicious pale
