A cosmic trip in a glass! Intergalactic is a Strawberry Mojito–inspired sour ale brewed with extra pale malt,flaked rye, and wheat. Freshly pressed strawberries meet zesty lime and a cooling hint of mint, all fermented with Champagne yeast for a crisp, sparkling finish. Juicy, tart, refreshing – another dimension of flavor!

Head gone in seconds over pinkish tinted orange beer, looking still. Salicylic acid, mint, pharmaceutical, unripe strawberry. Again salicylic acid, but the strawberries, present, have seen fit to start decaying, rotting. What happened here? Light acidthinning. Feels better carbonated than it looks; acidburn, some rye creaminess. This ought not to have gone out. Wondering how the fruit looked when it went in.
