Appearance: transparent light yellow color with a one and a half to two fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: wonderfully blended scent of ham, bacon and sweet meat over top of a biscuity lager-like malty backbone
Flavor: tastes like the aromas - sweet, meaty, biscuity, savory; quick aftertaste of ham/bacon and biscuity notes
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable, very smooth on tongue; finishes crisp sweet like a lager then meaty savory
Overall: would very much love to have this again!
