Wicked as in awesome, the ginger and Madagascar-Bourbon vanilla each add a nuance to the honey flavor and aroma. Spice from the ginger balances well with the smoothness of the vanilla. It lures you in for more, wicked things may be in store.

Bottle sample at Moonlight Meadery, pours a clear blonde. Aroma reveals the spicy ginger upfront, with subdued notes of vanilla and bourbon. Flavour is heavy on the bourbon and vanilla upfront, with just subtle undertones of ginger. Silky and oily, with beautiful complexity. Excellent.

4 oz pour from a bottle at ChurchKey. Clear champagne yellow, no head. Aromas of vanilla, vitamins. Tastes of fruity vitamins, sweet lemon candy, vanilla. Light body with a dry finish. Still carbonation.
