Brewed at our great friends of De Mortselarij, SIGNAL TO BURN is an American IPA that burns bright. It’s lean, crisp, and unapologetically West Coast, with citrus, pine, and a clean bitter snap that pulls you straight back for another.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Good white head over almost clear golden beer. Ureum, but also a nice floral & citrussy aroma. Flowerpollen as from lilies. Citruspeel, citrusoils, pressed zeste. Very faint fruitsugars. Light body, good carbonation. As with all Thom's beer, everything perfect in order. But... the impression is "been there, done that". Txs to Stef!
